“A 4-star hotel? What??????????? 😨” I just don't understand it. Initially, the lobby is too small and the reception service is poor. I was given a room on the 16th floor, which is right below the rooftop bar. It's annoying because the room is not soundproof, so I was disturbed all night by the noise. The bedding in the room is very dirty. The bathroom is covered in grime with and the water is discolored (yellowish). The color of the bed sheets and pillowcases is so dirty. I requested housekeeping to change them, but the replacement sheets were still dirty. Don't even ask about the towels; they are equally dirty. It's hard to believe that it's a new towels or sheets. The elevator has issues, and I had to wait for 20 minutes to get down to the lobby. TWENTY MINUTES for an elevator. The building management is crazy. The breakfast is not good at all. Even the omelette is too salty. And also there is no gym. So, I ask again, how did this hotel manage to get a 4-star rating? I don't recommend this hotel at all.

I stayed here because the hotel I was going to was full. I just found the bad review on the internet after I made reservation. Honestly I already expect the worst, but to my surprise it's actually pretty good. Plus: The room was clean Food was fine Receptionist was helpful Fast check in and check out There's a bicycle that can be used for guests Min: Pool was too small No gym Bath room could do better (need a little brush), and the drained need to be cleaned I think you need to train the roomboy ( he didn't clean the room thoroughly, so I have to ask him to do this and that)

Worst hotel ever, doesn’t deserve 4 star , and the great reviews online is very suspicious since I receive bad reviews from other ppl as well -wait 2 hours for check in -after 2 hours receive dirty rooms with hair and dust on the floor, smelly bathroom, stains on sheets, walls, sofa -water is yellowish even after boiling it on the water kettle, I don’t think it’s safe to drink -asked for the room to be cleaned thoroughly, the bathroom is even leaked, and the staff still did not do anything 🙄 -asked for a room to be changed since the room is so smelly. And they give us another smelly room -the cleaning standards are so horrible. I booked 3 rooms and all room are equally dirty

I was staying for 4 days here, and almost everyday the hotel had blackout for about 1 hour more and less. Some of the staff are nice and some of them are unfriendly, they need smile more often to others. But the food was great, especially the omelette. The bed and the view was great. Keep up the good work 💕

Quite a good 4 star hotel in Pekanbaru. The room is nice, they have pool and rooftop restaurant. Only downside is they did not keep the buffet foods warm during breakfast.
